An iFrame widget displays an embedded iframe application on a page. Workplace administrators and site administrators can configure the widget's title, URL source, display area's width, and display area height.

Use the widget
As the contents of an iFrame widget can vary greatly, if you encounter issues using the contents, contact a workplace administrator for assistance.
Configure the widget
When placing an iFrame widget on a page, as a workplace administrator or site administrator, you can configure the widget's:
- Title
- iFrame source
- Display area width
- Auto Height or a defined height
Keep in mind that:
- Embedded content is not showing: When content is embedded from a third-party site, ensure the URL uses SSL. Your digital workplace will not display content from sites that do not use SSL. URLs from sites that use SSL will begin with HTTPS instead of HTTP.
- Auto Height: To automatically resize the iFrame's height, the iFrame's source application must have the David Bradshaw iFrame Resizer library included in the application, and the Auto Height field must be turned on in the iFrame widget's configuration window.
- Page load times: Iframes can run complex code, display high-quality images, and pull information from different sources outside your digital workplace. All these functions can increase a page's load time, especially if it is waiting on third-party services for data.
