When troubleshooting issues in the Igloo Flex Mobile app with the Igloo Support team, they may ask you to send in application logs.

Send Igloo Flex Mobile app logs to Igloo Support

  1. In the Igloo Flex Mobile app's Top Bar, tap the User Profile icon.
  2. Tap About
  3. Tap Upload application logs
  4. Tap Upload.
  5. Notify the Igloo Support team of the date, time, and time zone the logs were sent.
