Grant the app permissions

The Igloo Flex Mobile app requires specific permissions on your device for full functionality. These permissions are requested when launching the app for the first time and can be modified later from your device's Settings app. Denying these permissions will limit the ability to share content from your phone (e.g., pictures) to the digital workplace or receive push notifications.

Who can do this?

  • Workplace administrators
  • Site administrators
  • Creators
  • Readers

Grant permissions on new app installations

When using the app for the first time, the app will request permissions at different times to:

  • Send notifications
  • Access your photos, media, and files
  • Take pictures and record video

Select whether you want to approve or deny the request when each dialog is displayed. If you reject the request, you will be prompted with the same request again the next time you attempt the action.

Modify existing app permissions
