Analytics

Analytics in Igloo Flex encompasses all embedded metrics users can access across their digital workplace and requestable reports from our Customer Care website. Igloo Flex's data infrastructure powers them and pulls metrics across all user touchpoints and devices. Analytics accessed via the Campaign Manager and the Analytics and Dashboards page provide quick methods to evaluate user engagement with content and digital workplace infrastructure.

Campaigns

Using the Campaign Manager, you, as a content manager, can stay informed about the types of content users engage with the most and make more informed decisions about whether to increase that type of content or create a campaign to drive more content awareness.

Analytics and Dashboards

Using the Analytics and Dashboards page, as a workplace administrator, you access usage reports for their digital workplace, including top content, engagement trends, and active user data, by visiting our Insights Program through our Customer Care website. You must have a Customer Care account to access or request reports.

The following terms are used throughout Igloo Flex's analytics and reports:

  • Active users: Users that have engaged in any activity (e.g., views, edits, comments, etc.) in the digital workplace over the given time period.
  • Inactive users: Users that have not engaged in any activity (e.g., views, edits, comments, etc.) in the digital workplace over the given time period.
  • Unique [X]: The unique term is used to designate when a single user is counted only once. For example, a user viewing a page ten times will be counted as one unique view.
  • Daily active users: Count unique users active in the digital workplace on a given day.
  • Monthly active users: Count of unique users that were active in the digital workplace over a given month.
  • Content Engagement Score: A calculated score that offers a quick comparison of user engagement with content items and a comparison to other campaigns' performance. The score weighs comments and reactions against the number of unique views.
