The Geo Access Restrictions feature enhances security by restricting logins based on the user's geographic location, using their IP address. This feature ensures that only authorized users from specified countries can access their accounts, reducing the risk of unauthorized access. Geo Access Restrictions can only apply to users who authenticate with Igloo and SAML SSO authentication.

Log in to the digital workplace
When you attempt to log in and your current IP address location has been blocked, you receive an error message: "You are not allowed to login from your current location." When encountered, you should check in with a workplace administrator to ensure your country is granted access to the digital workplace.
Configure Geo Access Restrictions
As a workplace administrator, you can configure the allowed locations on the Security Settings page in Admin Settings. See Configure security settings.
