Edit your profile in the app

You can edit your profile in the Igloo Flex Mobile app to help keep other users up to date with changes in your life. 

Considerations

  • Profile fields: Profile fields that you can update will vary based on how your digital workplace has been configured. Some profile fields may be required, and others may be visible to you but unavailable to edit. For more information on configuring profile fields, see Profile Field Configuration page.

Who can do this?

  • Workplace administrators
  • Site administrators
  • Creators
  • Readers

Edit your profile in the app

  1. In the app's Top Bar, tap Profile Menu.
  2. Tap View profile, followed by Edit profile. 
  3. Update your profile fields. See Profile fields for more information. 
  4. Tap Save. 

Edit your profile photo in the app

  1. In the app's Top Bar, tap Profile Menu.
  2. Tap View profile, followed by Edit profile. 
  3. Next to your profile photo, tap Edit. 
  4. To update your photo, choose an option from:
    • Take a photo: Use your device's camera to take a new image. 
    • Choose from Library: Tap to add an image from your device's saved photos.
  5. Tap Save. 

Remove your profile photo in the app

  1. In the app's Top Bar, tap Profile Menu.
  2. Tap View profile, followed by Edit profile. 
  3. Next to your profile photo, tap Edit. 
  4. Tap Delete current picture.
  5. Tap Save.
