Comment and react in the app

You can comment and react to content and comments in the Igloo Flex Mobile app to drive conversation and engagement in the digital workplace.  

Who can do this?

  • Workplace administrators
  • Site administrators
  • Creators
  • Readers

Comment on content or comments

  1. Navigate or search for an article, event, social post, wiki, or comment within those content types.
  2. At the bottom of the content, tap Add comment or Reply to respond to a comment.   
  3. Type in your comment, and make style updates using the editor bar. Your comment is limited to 1000 characters of text. 
  4. Tap Comment.
  5. (Optional) To edit your comment: 
    1. Next to the comment, tap Menu and then Edit
    2. Update your comment and tap Comment.
  6. (Optional) To delete your comment: 
    1. Next to the comment, tap Menu and then Delete
    2. When prompted, tap Delete

React to content or comments

  1. Navigate or search for an article, event, social post, wiki, or comment within those content types.
  2. In the content or below a comment, tap Reactions, and then any desired reactions. You can choose from the following emojis: 
    • Like
    • Celebrate
    • Love
    • Support
    • Funny
    • Insightful
  3. Tap outside of the Reactions window to close it. 
  4. (Optional) To remove your reaction, tap Reactions, and then tap your reaction to remove it.
