In the Connection Manager, you can delete an integration connection to prevent widgets and features from using the integration in the digital workplace.
Considerations
- Integrations: When a connection is deleted, any connected widgets will display an error indicating to connect with a workplace administrator or IT.
Who can do this?
- Workplace administrators
Delete an integration connection
- On the Top Bar, select
Admin Settings.
- Under Administration in the left side panel, select
Connection Manager.
- In the Workplace Connections tab, locate the type of connection to be deleted and select Edit Connection.
- Next to the connection, select
Menu and then Delete.
- When prompted, select Yes.
