The Top Bar is a persistent bar at the top of every page in the digital workplace that provides quick access to digital workplace locations and features.

When you are navigating in the digital workplace, the Top Bar offers access to the following features.
Menu
Select Menu to expand a navigation menu of sites in the digital workplace. You will only see sites where you have been assigned access permissions. When viewing a site in the list where you have the appropriate access permissions, workplace administrators and site administrators can directly manage the site by selecting
Manage this site.
Workplace administrators can manage how sites are displayed in this menu on the Menu Settings page in Admin Settings.
Search
Select Search to enter a search term and press Enter to search for content and users within the digital workplace.
Igloo Digital Assistant
Only visible in digital workplaces with Igloo Digital Assistant turned on. Select Igloo Digital Assistant to access the Igloo Digital Assistant. This integration requires purchase and is not available otherwise.
Create
Only visible to workplace administrators, site administrators, and creators. Select Create to add an article, event, or wiki to a selected feed.
Calendar
Select Calendar to view your Personal Calendar.
Notifications
Select Notifications to access your notifications, Notification Center, and notification settings.
User Directory
Select User Directory to browse and search through the User Directory, a collection of all the users in the digital workplace.
Admin Settings
Only visible to workplace administrators. Select Admin Settings to access Admin Settings, a collection of pages that help you configure and manage the digital workplace.
Profile Menu
Select Profile Menu to access your:
- User profile
- Personal Dashboard
- File management
- Campaign Manager
- Survey Manager
- Language settings
- Reset of personal password
- Dark mode in the digital workplace
- Ability to sign out of the digital workplace
