Details

Use the widget

When using a files and folders - SharePoint widget, you can browse files and folders from the selected document library that you have access to in SharePoint. When navigating in the widget:

  • Navigation: Selecting a folder allows you to navigate deeper into the document library. Selecting Home or a location in the breadcrumbs menu allows you to navigate to previous locations.
  • File access: If a folder doesn't have any files, or you do not have the appropriate access to the files, the widget will display "No Rows."
  • Opening a file: Selecting a file opens it in another browser window, allowing you to view it directly in the appropriate Microsoft app.

Use the Menu beside a file or folder to:

  • Open in Location: Open the file in the appropriate Microsoft app or the folder in SharePoint.
  • Copy Link: Copy a direct link that can be shared with other users.
  • Download: Download the file to your device.
