The files and folders - SharePoint widget displays a curated list of files and folders from a SharePoint integration on a page, allowing users to access them easily.

Use the widget
When using a files and folders - SharePoint widget, you can browse files and folders from the selected document library that you have access to in SharePoint. When navigating in the widget:

Navigation: Selecting a folder allows you to navigate deeper into the document library. Selecting
Home or a location in the breadcrumbs menu allows you to navigate to previous locations.
- File access: If a folder doesn't have any files, or you do not have the appropriate access to the files, the widget will display "No Rows."
- Opening a file: Selecting a file opens it in another browser window, allowing you to view it directly in the appropriate Microsoft app.
Use the Menu beside a file or folder to:
- Open in Location: Open the file in the appropriate Microsoft app or the folder in SharePoint.
- Copy Link: Copy a direct link that can be shared with other users.
- Download: Download the file to your device.
Configure the widget
Before configuring the widget, a workplace administrator must configure and turn on a SharePoint integration connection in the Connection Manager. See Configure a SharePoint integration connection.
When placing a files and folders - SharePoint widget on a page, workplace administrators and site administrators can configure the widget's:
- Title
- Configured SharePoint document library
- Number of items to display
- Files and folders sorting method
- Displayed widget components
