A page is a customizable location in a digital workplace that collects and surfaces content through widgets. Pages allow workplace administrators and site administrators to create digital destinations that their users can rely on for information.

Use pages
To facilitate navigating through the digital workplace, pages display a breadcrumbs menu below the Top Bar. You can select a higher-level page from the menu to go to that page.
You can select aggregated content from widgets to view the content on the page.
Configure pages
As a workplace administrator or site administrator, you can access page configuration through the Site Manager. In the Site Manager, you can:
- Add a new page: See Add a page.
- Edit a page's details: See Edit a page's details.
- Remove a page from the digital workplace: Once a page has been removed from the digital workplace, it cannot be restored. See Delete a page.
- Move a page to a new location in the digital workplace: Pages inherit the permissions of the site where they reside, and moving the page could affect which users can access the page. When pages are moved, their URLs are updated, and a URL redirect can be created to reroute existing links from the old location to the new location. See Move sites, pages, and feeds in the Site Manager.
- Add a page redirect: Pages can have page redirects to tailor the browsing experience. Users are directed to another page with content relevant to each user's role and group membership when they visit a page. See Add or edit a page redirect.
- Delete a page redirect: Once a page redirect has been removed, it cannot be restored. You must set it up again. See Delete a page redirect.
- Set a site's landing page: Each site in the digital workplace must have a page designated as a landing page, i.e., the page that a user is directed to when they select the site. See Set a site's landing page.
- Clear a site's landing page: Before a designated landing page can be deleted, you must clear the landing page status. See Clear a site's landing page.
Additionally, you can set up a recommended result for a page to highlight it to users in search results. Based on the keywords or phrases searched, the page will appear at the top of the search results list, labelled with Recommended in both the platform and mobile app searches. See Add or edit a recommended result.
