You can delete a survey to remove it from the digital workplace via the Survey Manager. Once a survey has been deleted, it cannot be restored to the digital workplace.
Considerations
- Deleting surveys: You can delete your own surveys and surveys where you are assigned a Full role. For other surveys, contact the original survey creator. When a survey is deleted, it will no longer be displayed in content or on a page. Survey widgets will stay in place and may need to be updated.
Who can do this?
- Workplace administrators
- Site administrators
- Creators
Delete a survey
- On the Top Bar, select
Profile Menu, and then Survey Manager.
- (Optional) For surveys created by other users, select the Shared with Me tab.
- Search for a survey, or find it in the list.
- Next to the survey to be deleted, select
Menu, and then Delete.
- When prompted, select Yes.
