Download an event to Outlook in the app

You can download an event's Outlook file to quickly add the event to your Outlook calendar. 

Who can do this?

  • Workplace administrators
  • Site administrators
  • Creators
  • Readers

Download an event to your Outlook in the app

To download from the event: 

  1. Choose one of the following options to navigate to the event:
    • Top Bar's Search: In the app's Top Bar, tap Search to look for an event and open it.
    • Top Bar's Notifications: In the app's Top Bar, tap Notifications to select an event invitation notification.
    • Home tab: In the Home tab, navigate to a page with widgets surfacing content. You can tap an event or tap a calendar feed to go to the feed to find the event.
  2. In the event, tap Add to Calendar.
  3. Follow your device's prompts to grant access permissions to Igloo Flex and add the event to your calendar.

To download from your Calendar

  1. In the app, tap the More icon at the bottom right, and then tap Calendar.
  2. Locate the event and tap it. If you were invited to the event, it will appear automatically in your Calendar. If you need to find a calendar feed, tap Calendar Settings. You can tap a feed chip to view the calendar feed and locate the event.  
  3. Tap Add to Calendar.
  4. Follow your device's prompts to grant access permissions to Igloo Flex and add the event to your calendar.
