View survey results in the app

You can view and download survey results via the Survey Manager in the Igloo Flex Mobile app to analyze user responses to a survey in the digital workplace. 

Considerations

  • Access permissions: You can only view survey results for surveys you created, or you have been assigned access permissions to view survey results or edit the survey.

View and download survey results in the app

A survey must be active or complete with responses to display survey results for analysis.  

  1. In the app's Top Bar, tap Profile Menu, and then Survey Manager.
  2. (Optional) For surveys created by other users, tap  Shared with Me. 
  3. Search for a survey or find it in the list.
  4. Next to the survey, tap Menu, and then View Responses. 

Survey results can be viewed in two tab sections, offering different data analysis methods. 

Dashboard tab

In the Dashboard tab, you can see graphical analytics based on responses to individual survey questions. You can use the following tools to customize your analytics visualization experience. 

Tools Description
Reset Filter Tap to reset any filters applied to the dashboard. Filters are applied by selecting results in a chart to focus on those results. 
Chart type Tap the dropdown menu to select different display formats for the chart. Options are based on the question type.
Sort

Available depending on question type. 

Tap the dropdown menu to sort the chart's content. Options include: 

  • Default Order
  • Ascending 
  • Descending
Hide Tap to toggle the chart's visibility in the dashboard.  
Reset Filter Tap to reset any filters applied to the chart. Filters are applied by selecting results in a chart to focus on those results. 
Pan Tap Pan, tap the chart, and drag it to pan the chart in that direction. 
Zoom in Tap to zoom in on the contents of the chart.
Zoom out Tap to zoom out on the contents of the chart. 
Autoscale Tap to automatically scale the chart's zoom settings to fit the chart's available width. 
Reset axes Tap to reset the panned location of the chart to the original axes. 
Download plot as a png Tap Download plot as a png to open the image as a PNG file. Hold down on the image for options to download it to your device.

Table View tab

The Table View tab provides tabular analytics based on responses to individual survey questions. The following tools allow you to customize your analytics experience and download survey results. 

Tools Description
PDF Tap to view a PDF file of the survey results.
Excel Tap to view an Excel file of the survey results.
CSV Tap to view a CSV file of the survey results.
Move Tap to drag and drop a column into a different position in the table. 
Hide Column Tap to hide the column from the table and any downloaded results. 
Sort Tap to sort the column's contents by ascending or descending order.
