The survey widget displays a Call to Action button to take a survey or the survey itself on a page. Depending on the survey configuration, users may be able to submit multiple responses and see survey results.

Use the widget
When on a page with a survey widget, you can:
- Select the Call to Action button to take the survey in a new browser window.
- Fill in the survey and select Submit to send in your response. Depending on the configuration, you may see survey results after you submit your response or a thank-you message. Additionally, depending on the configuration, you may be able to submit multiple responses.
Configure the widget
When placing a survey widget on a page, workplace administrators and site administrators can configure the widget's:
- Title
- Displayed survey
- Display style (complete survey or a Call to Action button to take a survey)

Keep in mind that:
- Survey: A survey must be published before it can be selected for display in the widget.
- Multiple responses: Users can enter more than one response unless limited in the survey creation.
