Login Settings page

The Login Settings page allows workplace administrators to manage all the settings related to users logging into the digital workplace and the Igloo Flex Mobile app, which includes: 

  • The workplace name displayed in the browser
  • SAML Single Sign-On authentication configuration
  • User password requirements and account lockout settings
  • Igloo Flex Mobile app's Organization ID

To go to the Login Settings page:

  1. On the Top Bar, select Admin Settings.
  2. Under Settings in the left side panel, select Login Settings.

Or, append /admin/login-settings to the root URL of your digital workplace.

Digital workplace name

As a workplace administrator, you can configure the name displayed for your digital workplace. See Configure your digital workplace name.

SAML SSO authentication

As a workplace administrator, you can configure a SAML SSO identity provider to connect to the digital workplace and determine whether SSO users are forced to reauthenticate when they visit it. See one of the following identity providers: 

User password requirements

As a workplace administrator, you can configure the following requirements for user passwords: 

  • Password length: A required password length can be between 8 and 16 characters.
  • Password expiry: A forced password expiry date of 30 days, 60 days, 90 days, 6 months, or 1 year.
  • Password reuse: Prevents the reuse of the last 1 to 3 passwords for the user's account.
  • Account cooldown period: If a user has 5 failed login attempts per login session, their account can be placed in a 10-minute cooldown period. During the cooldown, they cannot log into the digital workplace. However, they can reset their password or contact their digital workplace administrator to request a password reset, allowing them to log into the digital workplace.

Organization ID for Igloo Flex Mobile app

As a workplace administrator, you can configure the Organization ID used for the Igloo Flex Mobile app to provide a quicker value to enter other than the digital workplace URL. If this setting is not changed, the digital workplace URL is the default value used with the Igloo Flex Mobile app's Organization ID.
