You can edit a page's name, description, and URL in the Site Manager page. Users can view the page and interact with the widgets to explore content in the digital workplace.

Edit a page's details as a workplace administrator
As a workplace administrator, to edit a page's details in the Site Manager in Admin Settings:
- On the Top Bar, select
Admin Settings.
- In the
Site Manager, navigate to the
site where the page resides.
- Next to the
page, select
Menu, followed by Edit.
- Update the page's details:
- Name: (Optional) Enter a page name.
- Description: (Optional) Enter a page description.
- URL identifier: (Optional) Modify the automatically generated URL location. The URL identifier can only contain letters, numbers, and underscores to separate words.
- URL Redirect: (Optional) If the URL identifier is changed, this option will be turned on and become visible. Deselect the checkbox to prevent automatically rerouting viewers from the old to the new location.
- Select Edit Page.
Edit a page's details as a site administrator
As a site administrator or workplace administrator, to edit a page's details from within a site:
- Navigate to the Site Manager page:
- On the Top Bar, select
Menu. Beside the
site, select
Manage this site.
- Or, if you are already in the site, select
Manage this site at the top of the page.
- On the Top Bar, select
- Next to the
page, select
Menu, followed by Edit.
- Update the page's details:
- Name: (Optional) Enter a page name.
- Description: (Optional) Enter a page description.
