Schedule content in a campaign

You can schedule content for publication directly from a campaign to manage content releases. 

Considerations

  • Removing content: When scheduling content, it will continue to be scheduled even if it is removed from the campaign or the campaign is deleted.

  • Workplace administrators
  • Site administrators 
  • Creators

Schedule content in a campaign

  1. On the Top Bar, select Profile Menu, followed by Campaign Manager.
  2. Next to the campaign, select View Campaign or select Menu, and then View Campaign.
  3. In the campaign, use the list to locate the content to be scheduled. 
  4. For drafts, select Schedule. Or for scheduled content, select Edit.
  5. In Date and Time, edit the text of the date, time, and time of day for publication. Format: mm/dd/yyyy hh:mm (a|p)m. Alternatively, select the calendar to use the visual date picker. Select the date, the hour, minutes, and AM or PM.
  6. Select Set schedule.
