Once you have been added to the digital workplace, you must activate your account via email or via an SMS message to access it.

Password requirements
When creating an Igloo authentication password, it must conform to these rules:
- At least 8 to 16 characters long (The number of required characters is configurable for each digital workplace on the Login Settings page.)
- At least one uppercase letter (A-Z)
- At least one lowercase letter (a-z)
- At least one number (0-9)
- At least one special character (e.g. ~!@#$%^&*_ )
- (Optional) Cannot match any of the last previously used 1 to 3 passwords. (The number of passwords is configurable for each digital workplace on the Login Settings page.)
Activate your account via email
To activate your account, if you have an email associated with your account:
- Look for an email to appear in your email inbox. Check your Trash and Spam folders in case the email ends up in those folders.
- Once you receive and open the email, select Activate Your Account to open it in your device's browser.
- (Optional) If you open the Activate Your Account option after 48 hours of receiving the email, you will need to confirm your account with a one-time security code emailed or texted to your account. To do so:
- Select your preferred method and select Send security code. The SMS message method is only available in the United States and Canada.
- Retrieve and enter your security code and select Next: Create a Password.
- Enter a password twice. For password rules, see the Password requirements section above.
- Select Activate.
- Select Log In to return to the Login page and log in with your new password.
Activate your account via SMS text message
If you have a cellphone number associated with your account, you can activate your account either by using the Igloo Flex Mobile app or by using your device's browser to view the digital workplace:
- To activate via the Igloo Flex Mobile app: Install the Igloo Flex Mobile app and access your SMS text message to locate your Organization ID and username. Follow the instructions in Sign in to the app to sign into your account for the first time.
- To activate via your device's browser: Access your SMS text message and locate your username. Select the link below Prefer to activate via browser? to open the link in your device's browser. In the browser window, select Activate your account. Follow the steps in the Activate your account via the Account Activation page, starting at Step 3.
Activate your account via the Account Activation page
- Your digital workplace administrator will provide you with a username.
- Go to the Account Activation page by appending
/activation/validateto the URL of the digital workplace. For example:https://solutionsinc.igloo.igloodigitalworkplace.com/activation/validate. - Enter your username.
- You will need to confirm your account with a one-time security code emailed or texted to your account. To do so:
- Select your preferred method and select Send security code.
- Retrieve and enter your security code and select Next: Create a Password.
- Select Next to setting up password.
- Enter a password twice. For password rules, see the Password requirements section above.
- Select Activate.
- Select Log In to return to the Login page and log in with your new password.
