Your organization must subscribe to Igloo Digital Signage before using it in the digital workplace. To obtain this feature, contact your Customer Success Manager or email the Customer Success team.
You can configure Igloo Digital Signage to display articles on physical displays in your organization.
Who can do this?

Configure Igloo Digital Signage
- Add a Group: Add a group to Igloo Flex that can contain a designated service account created in Step 2 and be assigned site permissions in Step 4. Use a distinguishable name, such as "Digital Signage," and a group description that indicates how the group will be used. Follow the instructions in Add or edit a group.
- Add a service account: Add a service account to Igloo Flex that can provide access to Igloo Digital Signage's third-party providers. Use a distinguishable name such as "DS Service" and add the user to the group created in Step 1. Follow the instructions in Add a user to the digital workplace.
- Add a site: Add a site to the digital workplace to contain all Igloo Digital Signage feeds. Use a distinguishable site name, such as "Digital Signage." Follow the instructions in Add or edit a site.
- Assign access permissions: Assign Reader access permission to the group created in Step 2 for the site created in Step 3, allowing Igloo Digital Signage's third-party providers to access the content of any feeds contained in the site. Follow the instructions in Add or edit site permissions.
- Add feeds: Add feed(s) that will be used only with Igloo Digital Signage. Use a distinguishable feed name, such as "Canada Digital Signage." Follow the instructions in Add or edit a feed.
After completing the initial configuration in Igloo Flex, work with your Customer Success team to complete any necessary configurations in your preferred third-party provider to finalize the presentation on your physical displays.
Add content to Igloo Digital Signage
Once all configurations have been completed, sharing content with your physical displays is easy.
As a workplace administrator, site administrator, or creator, you can add content to the Igloo Digital Signage feeds by following the instructions for Create or edit an article and publishing to the configured feeds from Step 5 above. Once published, the physical displays will surface the content with an automatically generated QR code that will direct browsers to the content when scanned.
