You can add or edit a survey template via the Survey Manager to create a templated design for gathering feedback, opinions, or information from users within your organization.
Considerations
- Access permissions: You can assign other users access permissions to use, edit, or delete a survey template; see Assign survey access permissions.

Add a survey template
Survey templates can be created from an existing survey or from a fresh start.
To create a survey template from an existing survey:
- On the Top Bar, select
Profile Menu, and then Survey Manager.
- (Optional) For surveys created by other users, select the Shared with Me tab.
- Search for a survey, or find it in the list.
- Next to the survey, select
Menu and then Use to Create Template.
- Make any required changes to the survey template and then select Save. For instructions on editing surveys, see Add or edit a survey.
To create a survey template without an existing survey:
- On the Top Bar, select
Profile Menu, followed by Survey Manager.
- Select Add New and then Template.
- Make any required changes to the survey template and then select Save. For instructions on creating surveys, see Add or edit a survey.
To share this template with other users, see Assign survey access permissions.
Edit a survey template
- On the Top Bar, select
Profile Menu, followed by Survey Manager.
- Select the Survey Templates tab.
- Search for a survey template, or find it in the list. Select the survey template's name.
- Make any required changes to the survey template and then select Save. For information on editing surveys, see Add or edit a survey.
