You can assign or edit access permissions for existing surveys and survey templates via the Survey Manager to allow other users to edit surveys and templates or see survey results.
Considerations
- Editing access permissions for survey templates: You cannot edit the access permissions for survey templates. You can only remove them. See Remove access permissions to a survey or survey template.

Assign access permissions to a survey
- On the Top Bar, select
Profile Menu, and then Survey Manager.
- (Optional) For surveys created by other users, select the Shared with Me tab.
- Search for a survey, or find it in the list.
- Next to the survey, select
Menu and then Access.
- Select Add Access.
- Configure the following:

Role: Choose a role for the user or group. Options include:
- Full Role: The user can edit or delete the survey and see the survey's results.
- Results Viewer: The user can only see the survey's results.
- New Access: Search for a user or group and then select the user or group's name.

- Select Add.
Assign access permissions to a survey template
- On the Top Bar, select
Profile Menu, and then Survey Manager.
- Select the Survey Templates tab.
- Search for a survey template, or find it in the list.
- Next to the survey template, select
Menu and then Access.
- Select Add Access.
- When prompted, search for a user or group and then select the user or group's name.
- Select Add.
Edit access permissions for a survey
- On the Top Bar, select
Profile Menu, and then Survey Manager.
- (Optional) For surveys created by other users, select the Shared with Me tab.
- Search for a survey, or find it in the list.
- Next to the survey, select
Menu and then Access.
- (Optional) To edit a group's access permissions, select the Groups tab.
- Search for the user or group, or find it in the list.
- Next to the user or group's Access Type, select
Role to open the access options.
- Select a new role. Options include:
- Full Role: The user or group can edit or delete the survey and view its results.
- Results Viewer: The user or group can only see the survey's results.
- When prompted, select Yes.
