You can add or edit a survey via the Survey Manager in the Igloo Flex Mobile app to gather feedback, opinions, or information from users within your organization.
Considerations
- Active surveys: Once a survey is active, the survey's details can no longer be edited. However, the duration of the survey may be extended.
- Survey templates: You can only access survey templates that you have created or that have been shared with you.

Add a survey in the app
A survey can be added from a blank survey or a survey template.
To add a survey from a blank survey:
- In the app's Top Bar, tap
Profile Menu, and then Survey Manager.
- Tap Create, and then
Create New Survey.
Or, to add a survey from a survey template:
- In the app's Top Bar, tap
Profile Menu, and then Survey Manager.
- Tap Templates.
- Search for a survey template or find it in the list.
- Next to the survey template, tap
Menu and then Use Template.
Once the survey editor has been opened, follow these steps:

Configure the survey: In the
Designer tab, configure the following:
- Survey title: Enter a recognizable name for your survey.
- Description: (Optional) Enter a description for the survey.

Image: (Optional): Tap to upload an image to be used in the survey's header.
- Questions: To add survey questions or panels, tap Add Question. See the Question and panel types and Question tools sections below for details.

Survey Settings: (Optional) Tap
Open Survey Settings to open the new panel, which allows you to adjust the survey's overall configuration. See the Survey tools section below for details.
- (Optional) Preview the survey: Before completing the survey, tap
Preview to walk through the survey experience.

Schedule the survey: If you are creating a draft of the survey to be worked on later, this step is not required. Otherwise, to schedule the survey's availability in the digital workplace:
- Tap Set Duration.
- Select a Start Date and time and an End Date and time for the survey to be available. The survey duration cannot be longer than 20 days.
- Tap Save.
- Tap Save. If the survey has been scheduled for the future, it may take up to 5 minutes to become active.
- (Optional) Share your survey: There are multiple ways to share surveys in the digital workplace. See Share a survey in the app.
Edit a survey in the app
Only surveys in draft or scheduled states can be edited. An active survey may only have its time duration extended. To edit a survey:
- In the app's Top Bar, tap
Profile Menu, and then Survey Manager.
- (Optional) For surveys created by other users, tap Shared with Me.
- Search for a survey or find it in the list.
- Next to the survey, tap
Menu and then Edit Survey.
- (Optional) Configure the survey: In the
Designer tab, configure the following:
- Survey title: Enter a recognizable name for your survey.
- Description: (Optional) Enter a description for the survey.

- (Optional) If you have made changes to an unpublished survey, tap Save. If the survey has been scheduled for the future, it may take up to 5 minutes to become active.

Question and panel types
The following question types and panels are available in the survey editor's Designer tab.
