Arrange sites in the Top Bar menu

You can arrange the sites in your digital workplace's Top Bar menu based on their importance to your organization's users.

  • Workplace administrators

Arrange sites in the primary menu

  1. On the Top Bar, select Admin Settings.
  2. Under Settings in the left side panel, select Menu Settings
  3. (Optional) To expand or collapse nested sites or subsites, select Expand or Collapse to the left of the site or subsite. 
  4. To the left of the site you want to move, hold and drag the handlebar to the position you wish the site or subsite to occupy in the menu. You can only drag and position sites and subsites within their current level. You can't move a subsite under a different site.
  5. At the top of the page, select Save Changes.
