You can configure your digital workplace's security settings to restrict digital workplace logins based on the user's geographic location. Geo Access Restrictions ensure that only authorized users from specified countries can access their accounts, reducing the risk of unauthorized access.
Considerations
- Authentication: Geo Access Restrictions currently only apply to users who authenticate with Igloo authentication.

Configure Geo Access Restrictions
When Geo Access Restrictions are turned on, users not in an allowed country will be prevented from logging into the digital workplace. To configure Geo Access Restrictions:
- On the Top Bar, select
Admin Settings.
- Under Settings, select
Security Settings.
- Select Restrict user traffic based on their IP address location to turn Geo Access Restrictions on or off.
- (Optional) When Geo Access Restrictions are turned on, you must select at least one country to restrict to. To do so, select the Allowed Countries dropdown to search for and select the desired countries. Countries can be removed by selecting the X beside their name.
- Select Update Settings.
