As part of the Bulk User Delete process, a CSV file must be created to bulk remove users from the digital workplace.

Create a CSV file for Bulk User Delete
To remove users from the digital workplace, create a bulk delete CSV file by following these steps:
- On the Top Bar, select
Admin Settings.
- Under Administration in the left side panel, select
Users.
- In the top right of the page, select
Menu, and then Bulk User Delete.
- Above the upload box, select download and populate the latest CSV template.
- Open the CSV file using Microsoft Excel or an equivalent spreadsheet editor.
- Under the header row's Username field, enter each user's username to be removed from the digital workplace on a separate row.
- When finished, save your CSV file.
The CSV file is now ready to upload and remove the users from the digital workplace. See Remove users with Bulk Upload, to do this.
