You can move files and folders in the Igloo Flex Mobile app to help organize your organization's files stored in Igloo Flex's File Manager.
Considerations
- Access permissions: When files and folders are moved, if inheritance is turned on, they automatically inherit the access permissions of the folder where they are moved to. See Add or edit access permissions to a file or folder in the app.
- Folder visibility: Folder locations will only be available to view or move to if the user has appropriate access permissions for the file or folder.
Who can do this?
- Workplace administrators
- Users with file manager roles of owner for the current file or folder
Move files and folders
- In the app's Top Bar, tap
Profile Menu, and then Manage Files.
- Navigate the folder structure to find the file or folder.
- Next to the file or folder, tap
Menu, followed by Move.
- Use the breadcrumbs menu or the
Back button (iOS) to navigate to the desired location.
- Tap Move or Move here (iOS) in the top right of the screen.
