You can reset your Igloo authentication password in the Igloo Flex Mobile app.
Considerations
- SAML SSO authentication password: This process does not allow resetting your SAML SSO authentication password. Contact your workplace administrator for instructions on how to do so.
- Account Cooldown: If turned on by a workplace administrator, your account will be placed in a 10-minute cooldown period if you have attempted unsuccessfully to log in five times per login session. You can reset your password to bypass this cooldown. To turn on account cooldown, see Configure user login settings.

Password requirements
When creating an Igloo authentication password, it must conform to these rules:
- At least 8 to 16 characters long (The number of required characters is configurable for each digital workplace on the Login Settings page.)
- At least one uppercase letter (A-Z)
- At least one lowercase letter (a-z)
- At least one number (0-9)
- At least one special character (e.g. ~!@#$%^&*_ )
- (Optional) Cannot match any of the last previously used 1 to 3 passwords. (The number of passwords is configurable for each digital workplace on the Login Settings page.)
Reset your Igloo authentication password in the app
- In the app's Top Bar, tap
Profile Menu, followed by Reset Password.
- Enter your old password and your new password twice. For password rules, see the Password requirements section above.
- Tap Reset. Use your new password the next time you log in to the digital workplace.
