The Bulk User Export process allows workplace administrators to download a CSV template based on the digital workplace's profile fields, prefilled with current users, their profile data, and group membership from the digital workplace.

Use Bulk User Export
As a workplace administrator, as part of the Bulk User Upload process, you can download a CSV template, which can be updated in a spreadsheet editor such as Excel, to update and upload to the digital workplace to add and update users in bulk. Bulk User Export is beneficial due to its prefilled current user data, allowing for quick bulk updates of group membership and profile data.

If needed, you can also cancel a Bulk User Export after it has begun on the Recent History tab of the User page by selecting the Menu beside the export and selecting Stop Upload.
