As part of the Bulk User Upload and Bulk User Delete processes, once a CSV file of users has been successfully uploaded, the Bulk User job is processed in the digital workplace. The results can be seen in the Recent History tab of the Users page.
The Recent History tab provides:
- A table with the date and time jobs were uploaded, the status of the jobs (Completed, Failed, or In Progress), the type of job (Add users, Delete users, Export Users), and the percentage and number of processed and failed added or deleted users.
- Access to download a Bulk User Export CSV file. See Bulk User Export.
Who can do this?
- Workplace administrators
View the Bulk User Recent History
- On the Top Bar, select
Admin Settings.
- Under Administration in the left side panel, select
Users.
- Select the Recent History tab. Columns in the table can be sorted by hovering over their header and selecting the sorting arrows.
- (Optional) Next to the Bulk User job, select
Menu, and then Details to view further details.
