The Users page allows workplace administrators to create, edit, and remove users from their digital workplace, trigger Igloo authentication password resets, edit their login settings, activate or reactivate their accounts, or resend user activation invitations. Users can be added, edited, or removed from the digital workplace individually or via the Bulk User Upload or Bulk User Delete processes.
Additionally, the Recent History tab displays the status of the Bulk User jobs (Completed, Failed, and In Progress) and the number of users who were successfully added or deleted and users who failed to be added or removed from the digital workplace. Lastly, from this tab, Bulk User Export jobs may be stopped.
To go to the Users page:
- On the Top Bar, select
Admin Settings.
- Under Administration in the left side panel, select
Users.
Or, append /admin/users to the root URL of your digital workplace.
