Recommended results

Recommended results allow workplace administrators to prominently display digital workplace content in search results based on specific keywords and phrases. When a user in the workplace performs a search that contains the term, the matched content will appear at the top of the search results list with a Recommended label in the Search Results page and mobile app search.

Use recommended results in search

When searching in the Search Results page, recommended results will appear at the top of the search results and have Recommended displayed next to the search result. If there are multiple recommended results for the search term, they will display in order from the oldest update date to the newest. 

Configure recommended results

As a workplace administrator, you can configure recommended results on the Recommended Results page. Recommended results are supported for:

When configuring recommended results, keep in mind that:

  • Associated Keywords or Phrases: A recommended result can have up to 10 keywords or phrases associated with a piece of content.
  • Phrases: Phrases are limited to 5 words of any character length.
