You can remove existing access permissions and roles from a file or folder to prevent users from viewing it in Igloo Flex's File Manager. However, this does not remove the file or folder from the digital workplace.
Considerations
- Access: A file or folder may have its own set of users and groups with unique access permissions or inherit the access permissions from the folder containing it.
- Access changes: Access permissions changes update for affected users the next time they log in to the Igloo Flex Mobile app. Removing access permissions does not remove the file or folder from the digital workplace.
Who can do this?
- Workplace administrators
- Users with file manager roles of owner or full for the current file or folder
