You can remove a group from the digital workplace to help organize users and their access to content and sites. Once a group has been removed, it cannot be restored.
Considerations
- Access permissions: When a group is removed from the digital workplace, all associated site access permissions are also removed. However, users may still access the sites if they have access permissions from other groups.
Who can do this?
- Workplace administrators
Remove a group from the digital workplace
- On the Top Bar, select
Admin Settings.
- Under Administration in the left side panel, select
Groups.
- Use the search box to search for the group to be removed, or scroll through the list to find the group.
- Beside the group, select
Menu, and then Delete.
- When prompted, select Yes.
