You can delete a comment from content to prevent it from being displayed to other users in the digital workplace. Once deleted, it cannot be restored, and it will display the message "This comment has been deleted".
Considerations
- Deleted comments: A deleted comment cannot be restored to the digital workplace. However, content sent to the Trash Bin with comments can be restored to the digital workplace with those comments.

Delete a comment
You can always delete your own comments in the digital workplace.
Workplace administrators can delete any comment in the digital workplace, and site administrators can delete comments from content in their assigned site(s).
- Navigate to the content's feed and open it. Or, use the Top Bar's search box to search for the content.
- In the content, locate the comment and select
Menu.
- Select Delete. The text will be updated to display "This comment has been deleted". Once a comment has been deleted, it cannot be restored.
