The Trash Bin allows workplace administrators to moderate deleted content from the digital workplace via the Trash page in Admin Settings. When items are deleted, they are moved to the Trash Bin, where they remain until permanently deleted from the digital workplace or restored to the original location.

Use the Trash Bin
As a workplace administrator, when viewing the Trash Bin, items in the Trash Bin can be sorted by hovering over the field and selecting the Ascending or
Descending arrows for the following columns:
- Item name
- Content type
- Item author
- Date the item was created
- The user who deleted the item
- Date the item was deleted
As a workplace administrator, you can restore articles, events, social posts, and wikis to the digital workplace. See Restore deleted items from the Trash Bin. Keep in mind that:
- Content URLs: Content URLs are reserved in the Trash Bin until the content is restored or permanently deleted.
- Associated content: When content is restored, it is restored with any associated comments, content versions, featured images, file attachments, reactions, and survey connections.
- Publication state: When deleted or restored, content can be in the draft, scheduled, or published state.
- Scheduled content: When restored, scheduled content is returned to a draft state. It must be rescheduled for publication.
