Manage feedback in the app

When users provide feedback about articles, wikis, or pages in the digital workplace, you can manage your feedback directly in your Personal Dashboard in the Igloo Flex Mobile app

  • Site administrators 
  • Creators

Manage feedback in the app

To manage feedback received for your articles, wikis, or pages, you are responsible for: 

  1. In the app's Top Bar, tap Profile Menu, and then Personal Dashboard.
  2. Tap in the My Feedback area.
  3. (Optional) You can tap one of the following options to sort feedback submissions:
    • All
    • Resolved
    • Unresolved
  4. Tap a feedback submission to review it. Each submission displays:
    • User: The user who submitted the feedback.
    • Time: Approximate time it was submitted.
    • Type: The type of content, which includes articles, wikis, or pages.
    • Feedback: The user's feedback.
  5. (Optional) Once the feedback has been reviewed and any necessary changes made to the article, wiki, or page, you can tap the Mark feedback as dropdown and tap Resolved to mark it as resolved for all feedback recipients.
  6. (Optional) If you no longer need the feedback submission, tap Delete, and when prompted, tap Delete to delete it for yourself permanently.
