Feedback allows content creators to receive and manage user feedback on articles, wikis, or pages. Users can submit a quick sentiment vote and a more detailed feedback form for articles or wikis, or by using the Feedback widget for a page. That feedback can be configured to go directly to the content author, specified users, or specified groups of users. They will receive a notification and be able to manage the feedback directly on their Personal Dashboard page.

Use feedback
As a digital workplace user, you can submit feedback in articles, wikis, and pages where it is turned on. When you send feedback, it is not anonymous to the feedback recipients.
When viewing an article or wiki with feedback turned on, in the "Was this information helpful?" section, you may select Yes, it was or No, not really to leave a quick indication of the content's usefulness. Additionally, you can fill out a feedback form that will be supplied to designated feedback recipients. If the feedback form is submitted, a notification will be sent to designated feedback recipients.
When viewing a page with a configured feedback widget, you can select the Give Feedback button at the bottom of the page to submit feedback to the designated feedback recipients.
For instructions on submitting feedback, see Submit feedback.
Manage feedback
As a feedback recipient, you can manage user feedback directly in the My Feedback tab in the Personal Dashboard. Other designated feedback recipients can view each user's submission on the articles, wikis, or pages they are responsible for maintaining.
You can review the feedback, make changes to the content, and mark it as "Resolved" to resolve the submission for all feedback recipients. Feedback submissions may be deleted on an individual basis. Deleting a submission does not delete the submission for other designated feedback recipients. No notifications are sent as part of the feedback review process.
For instructions on managing feedback, see Manage feedback.
Configure feedback
As a workplace administrator, site administrator, or creator, you can turn feedback on or off in an article or wiki to promote or deter user engagement with the content. For instructions, see Turn feedback on or off.
As a workplace administrator or site administrator, you can place a feedback widget on a page to gather user feedback. For instructions, see Configure a feedback widget.
