The acknowledgement feature displays a read-confirmation button on articles and wikis. You can view users who acknowledged viewing the content or doing the requested action. The following details are available for each acknowledged user:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Acknowledgement Required
- Date Acknowledged
- Time Acknowledged
Considerations
- Acknowledged users list: Content must have acknowledgement turned on before you can view acknowledged users. See Turn acknowledgement on or off for instructions.
- Edited content: When content is edited, a new content version is created, effectively resetting the list of acknowledged users.
Who can do this?
- Workplace administrators
- Site administrators
- Creators
View content's acknowledged users
- When browsing in the digital workplace, navigate to the article or wiki. Alternatively, use the Top Bar's search box to find the content.
- When viewing the article or wiki, select
Menu, followed by View Acknowledged Users.
- (Optional) To download the Compliance Report onto your device, select Download as CSV.
View content's acknowledged users from the Personal Dashboard
When using your Personal Dashboard, view content's acknowledged users by:
- On the Top Bar, select
Profile Menu.
- Hover over Personal Dashboard, and select My Content.
- Beside the article or wiki in the list, select
Menu, followed by View Acknowledged Users.
- (Optional) To download the Compliance Report onto your device, select Download as CSV.
