Add content to a campaign

You can add content, such as articles, events, or wikis to a campaign to organize content releases and track analytics on the content's performance. 

Considerations

  • Content eligibility: To be available to add to a campaign, content must be in draft state (i.e., not published) or scheduled to be published. 
  • Content and campaigns: A piece of content may only be added to one campaign at a time.

  • Workplace administrators
  • Site administrators 
  • Creators

Add content to a campaign

  1. On the Top Bar, select Profile Menu, and then Campaign Manager.
  2. Next to the campaign, select View Campaign or select Menu, and then View Campaign.
  3. In the campaign, select + Add Content
  4. In the side panel, find the desired content in the list.
  5. (Optional) To view the content before adding it to the campaign, select Edit Article/Event/Wiki in the side panel. 
  6. In the side panel, select Add to campaign.
