You can restore deleted content from the digital workplace that still exists in the Trash Bin. Once restored, published content will reappear in the content's associated feeds with their previous URLs. The following will be restored along with the content, where applicable:
- Comments
- Featured images (Cover images for events)
- File attachments
- Reactions
- Survey connections
Considerations
- Drafts: When restored, drafts can be found in your Personal Dashboard page's My Content tab.
- Scheduled content: When content that was scheduled to be published is deleted, it can be restored from the Trash Bin, but it will need to be rescheduled for publication.
- Location: Published content is restored to its previous URL location.
- Content versions: When articles and wikis are restored to the digital workplace, their previous content versions are restored.
Who can do this?
- Workplace administrators
Restore deleted items from the Trash Bin
- On the Top Bar, select
Admin Settings.

Under Administration in the left side panel, select
Trash.
- Select the checkbox beside the items to be restored, or select the checkbox to the left of the Name field to select all currently displayed items.
- Select Restore.
- When prompted, select Yes.
