You can turn feedback on or off for articles, wikis, or pages to promote or prevent users from submitting feedback on content.

Turn feedback on for articles or wikis
Use one of the following options to create content or navigate to published content:
- Create new content: On the Top Bar, select + Create, followed by Article or Wiki.

Edit published content: Navigate to the content or use the Top Bar's search box to find the content. When viewing the article or wiki, select
Menu, and then Edit content.
To turn on feedback:
- In the Content Settings side panel, select
Feedback to expand the setting.
- Toggle Feedback to turn this feature on.
- (Optional) To add a group of users to receive feedback:
- If no group is currently chosen, select Select a Group. Or, if a group has already been chosen, select Edit to modify the selected groups.
- Search for a group in the search box or scroll through the list, and select the desired groups.
- To apply your changes, select Save.
- (Optional) You are automatically added as a feedback recipient. However, you can remove yourself as long as another user is chosen to receive feedback. To add users:
- If no users are currently chosen, select Select a user. Or, if users have already been chosen, select Edit to modify the selected users.
- Search for a user in the search box or scroll through the list, and select the desired users.
- To apply your changes, select Save.
- Fill in the content fields and adjust the content settings as necessary. The following fields and settings are required: Title, Body, and Publish to feeds. For more information, see Create or edit an article or Create or edit a wiki.
- Choose a publishing option:

New content: Select Publish Now to publish immediately. Alternatively, select the
dropdown menu to select Schedule Publish to publish the change in the future, or Save as Draft to continue editing later.
- Published content: Select Publish Now to publish immediately.

Turn feedback off for published articles and wikis
To turn feedback off for published articles and wikis:
- When browsing in the digital workplace, navigate to the article or wiki. Alternatively, use the Top Bar's search box to find the content.
- When viewing the article or wiki, select
Menu, and then Edit content.
- In the Content settings side panel, select
Feedback to expand the setting.
- Toggle Feedback to turn this feature off.
- Select Publish Now to publish immediately.
Turn feedback on or off for a page
The placement of a feedback widget on a page turns on feedback for that page. See Set up a feedback widget for instructions on configuring the widget.
To turn off feedback, in the Page Builder, remove the widget to remove the feedback option from a page.
