Submit feedback

You can submit feedback on articles, wikis, or pages to help create a user-friendly digital workplace with timely and relevant information.

Considerations

  • Visibility: Articles, wikis, and pages do not automatically display the feedback option. If you would like to submit feedback when the option is not available, contact a workplace administrator. 
  • Anonymity: The feedback process is not anonymous to feedback recipients. 

Who can do this?

  • Workplace administrators
  • Site administrators
  • Creators
  • Readers

Submit feedback for articles or wikis

Feedback is not automatically turned on for all articles or wikis. If you would like to submit feedback for an article or wiki when the feedback section is not available, please contact a workplace administrator, site administrator, or the article or wiki's content owner. 

To submit feedback for an article or wiki: 

  1. Navigate to the feed and find the article or wiki. Alternatively, use the Top Bar's search box to find the article or wiki. 
  2. In the Was this information helpful? section of the article or wiki, select one of the following options: 
    • Yes it was: This option submits a quick sentiment of approval. To provide more detailed feedback: 
      1. Select Provide Additional Feedback.
      2. Enter your feedback into the textbox and select Submit Feedback. 
    • Not really: This option allows you to choose from standardized responses or submit detailed feedback. To do so:
      1. Choose a response or select Other.
      2. (Optional) Enter your feedback into the textbox. 
      3. Select Submit Feedback. 

Submit feedback for pages

Feedback is not automatically turned on for all pages. A page must have a feedback widget configured to display a Give Feedback button. If you would like to submit feedback for a page when the feedback button is not available, please contact a workplace administrator or site administrator.

To submit feedback for a page: 

  1. Navigate to the page. Alternatively, use the Top Bar's search box to find the page. 
  2. Scroll to the bottom of the page and select Give Feedback.
  3. Enter a title.
  4. Enter your feedback in the rich text editor. 
  5. Select Send.
