When users provide feedback about articles, wikis, or pages in the digital workplace, you can manage your feedback directly in your Personal Dashboard page.

Manage feedback
To manage feedback received for your articles, wikis, or pages, you are responsible for:
- On the Top Bar, select
Profile Menu, and then Personal Dashboard.
- Select the My Feedback tab.
- (Optional) In the Feedback column, you can select the dropdown to sort feedback submissions by the following options:
- All
- Resolved
- Unresolved
- In the Feedback submission, select a feedback submission to review. Each submission displays:
- User: The user who submitted the feedback.
- Time: Approximate time it was submitted.
- Type: The type of content, which includes articles, wikis, or pages.
- URL: A relative URL and link to the article, wiki, or page.
- Feedback: The user's feedback.
- (Optional) Once the feedback has been reviewed and any necessary changes made to the article, wiki, or page, you can select the dropdown in the feedback submission area to mark it as Resolved for all feedback recipients.
- (Optional) If you no longer need the feedback submission, select
Delete, and when prompted, select Yes to permanently delete it for yourself.
