As part of content versioning, you can unarchive a content version of an article or wiki to use it as a restore version.
Considerations
- Archived versions: A content version must have the Archived status to be available to unarchive.
Who can do this?
- Workplace administrators
- Site administrators
- Creators
Unarchive a content version
- Navigate to the article or wiki feed and open the article or wiki. Or, use the Top Bar's search box to search for the article or wiki.
- In the article or wiki, select
Menu and then Version History.
- (Optional) To compare two versions, select the checkboxes next to them and select Compare Versions. For more details on comparing versions, see the Compare versions of content section of Restore to a previous version of content.
- Next to the version you want to unarchive, select
Menu, and then Unarchive. The content version will now be unarchived and ready to be used as a restore version.
