You can delete file attachments from articles, events, and wikis in the digital workplace.
Considerations
- Deleted file attachments: Once a file attachment has been deleted from the content and the content has been republished, it cannot be restored to the content.
Who can do this?
- Workplace administrators
- Site administrators
- Creators
Delete file attachments from content
- Navigate to the content's feed and open it. Or, use the Top Bar's search box to search for the content.
- Select
Menu and then Edit Content.
- In the Content settings side panel, select
Attach Files to expand the setting.
- In the file box, select X to remove the file attachment.
- Select Publish Now to publish immediately.
