You can configure which AI-powered features can be utilized for content creation in the digital workplace.
Who can do this?
- Workplace administrators
Configure AI-powered features
- On the Top Bar, select
Admin Settings.
- Under Analytics & AI in the left side panel, select
Igloo Intelligence.
- Toggle any of the following buttons to turn the feature on or off:
- Content Generation: This toggles the ability to use AI to create the title, summary, or description for articles, events, or wikis.
- Image Generation: This toggles the ability to use AI to create a featured image or cover image for articles, events, or wikis.
- Auto Translation: This toggles the ability to use AI to auto-translate articles', events', or wikis' content.

Intelligent Search: This toggles the ability to use Intelligent Search for Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) searching in the digital workplace. Intelligent Search is an add-on feature and requires you to purchase it before use. This feature can be restricted to selected groups. To do so:
- If no groups are chosen, select Restrict to Groups. Otherwise, select Edit.
- Search for groups in the search box, or scroll through the list to locate groups. Select the checkboxes next to the desired groups.
- Select Update.
- Select Update Settings.
