Configure AI-powered features

You can configure which AI-powered features can be utilized for content creation in the digital workplace. 

Who can do this?

  • Workplace administrators

Configure AI-powered features

  1. On the Top Bar, select Admin Settings.
  2. Under Analytics & AI in the left side panel, select Igloo Intelligence.  
  3. Toggle any of the following buttons to turn the feature on or off: 
    • Content Generation: This toggles the ability to use AI to create the title, summary, or description for articles, events, or wikis
    • Image Generation: This toggles the ability to use AI to create a featured image or cover image for articles, events, or wikis. 
    • Auto Translation: This toggles the ability to use AI to auto-translate articles', events', or wikis' content.
    • Intelligent Search: This toggles the ability to use Intelligent Search for Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) searching in the digital workplace. Intelligent Search is an add-on feature and requires you to purchase it before use. This feature can be restricted to selected groups. To do so: 
      1. If no groups are chosen, select Restrict to Groups. Otherwise, select Edit
      2. Search for groups in the search box, or scroll through the list to locate groups. Select the checkboxes next to the desired groups. 
      3. Select Update
  4. Select Update Settings
