Follow a feed in the app

You can follow a feed to receive notifications when new content is added. The following content types can be followed:

Who can do this?

  • Workplace administrators
  • Site administrators
  • Creators
  • Readers

Follow and unfollow a feed

  1. Tap + Follow in a feed to follow it. There are multiple ways to locate feeds to follow:
    • Home tab: In the Home tab, navigate to a page with widgets surfacing content. Tap a feed chip to navigate to the feed and then tap + Follow.
    • Social tab: In the Social tab, tap + Follow for any desired social feeds. You can also tap a social feed chip to navigate to the feed and tap + Follow.
    • Explore tab: In the Explore tab's Discover sections, tap + Follow for any desired feeds. You can also tap a feed chip to navigate to the feed and tap + Follow.
    • More tab: In the More tab, tap Calendar and then Settings. Next to any Calendars you have access permissions to view, you can tap + Follow. 
    • Top Bar: In the app's Top Bar, tap Search to look for content and open it. In the article, event, social post, or wiki, tap the feed chip to navigate to the feed and tap + Follow.
  2. (Optional) To unfollow a feed, navigate to any of the locations in Step 1 and tap Following.
