A news widget displays article previews on a page from connected feeds. Users can select these previews to view the entire article. Workplace administrators and site administrators can configure the widget's title, display article width, article feed sources, layout, and display options, and the use of featured images in the preview.

Use the widget
When on a page with a news widget, you can:
- Select the featured image, title, or summary in the article preview to view the article.
- Select the feed chip to view the feed.
- Select View More to load more article previews.
You can only see articles from sites where you are in a group with the appropriate role and associated access permissions to view the article.
Configure the widget
When placing a news widget on a page, workplace administrators and site administrators can configure the widget's:
- Title
- Display area width
- Greeting message
- Source feed
- Layout
- Displayed widget components

- Article previews: Preview images are populated from the article's featured image.
