You can share surveys via the Survey Manager by using a direct link to the survey, embedding the survey or a Call to Action button directly in articles or wikis, or embedding the survey on a page via a survey widget.
Considerations
- Social posts: To share a survey in a social post, you can include the direct link in the post's text. See the Share a direct link to a survey section below, and Create or edit a social post.
- Deleted surveys: When a survey is deleted, it will be removed from any associated content in the digital workplace.

Share a direct link to a survey
You can send a direct link to a logged-in user to view the survey.
- On the Top Bar, select
Profile Menu, and then Survey Manager.
- (Optional) For surveys created by other users, select Shared with Me.
- Search for a survey, or find it in the list.
- Next to the survey, select
Menu and then Copy Link.
- Send the link to the user using your preferred method. They must be logged into the digital workplace to view the survey.
Share a survey in content
You can include the survey or a Call to Action button directly in articles and wikis by configuring the Content Settings to display it. See Create or edit an article or Create or edit a wiki for instructions on adding the survey to new or existing content.
Share a survey on a page
You can include the survey or a Call to Action button directly on the page by adding a survey widget. See Configure a survey widget.
